Palm Bay Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring and coating services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation services for residential and commercial customers. Services are performed by appointment only. Availability may vary based on location, project scope, and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Palm Bay Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are free of charge and are based on an in-person or remote assessment of the project site. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal prior to work beginning. Prices may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is given - for example, if additional surface preparation or repair is needed once work begins. Any changes to scope and cost will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Jobs are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions that could affect product application or curing. We will notify customers as soon as possible if a rescheduling becomes necessary.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as stated in the proposal.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
• Accepted payment methods will be outlined in the proposal.

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure your project is completed on time and to the agreed standard, customers are responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of all items before the crew arrives, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
• Ensuring safe access to the work area on the scheduled date.
• Disclosing any known issues with the concrete (prior sealers, heavy staining, cracks, moisture problems) before the estimate.
• Keeping people and pets out of the work area during application and for the curing period specified by the contractor.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty offered on our workmanship will be specified in the written proposal for your project. Warranties apply only when:

• The customer has followed all care and maintenance instructions provided at project completion.
• The floor has not been subjected to conditions outside the normal use described at the time of the estimate (such as chemical exposure, extreme impact, or flooding).
• The substrate conditions disclosed at the time of the estimate accurately reflected the actual condition of the concrete.

We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from pre-existing concrete conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work.

Our services are provided "as is" to the extent that no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in a written proposal are implied. We do not make any representations about the fitness of our services for a particular purpose beyond what is agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Bay Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
